We're on a mission to solve the challenge of internal mobility

Real Links have partnered with the Recruitment Events Company Resourcing Leaders 100 and professional development community CareerXroads to help tackle the challenge of internal mobility and provide resources and support for the HR, TA and L&D communities.  

We're starting with a 'State of Internal Mobility 2021' which is a snapshot of internal mobility post pandemic, comprising one on one interviews with leading professionals and this survey.  On the back of this we'll be producing a white paper.

With the recent launch of Real Links' new internal mobility platform, we've made a commitment to support businesses with the internal mobility challenge beyond just great technology. 

We know from market feedback that making a success of internal mobility can be challenging and a lot of our research has told us there's not enough support and advice available for HR, Talent Acquisition and L&D professionals to get this right so we're committed to rectifying that problem.
